Prepregs are high-performance woven fabrics that have already been saturated with a precisely measured resin matrix at the point of manufacture. Unlike traditional composite methods that rely on manual resin mixing and hand application, Prepregs arrive ready to shape and cure, with the fibre-to-resin ratio locked in and consistent across every sheet.

The fabric is held in a semi-cured state known as B-stage, which keeps it workable and conformable until it is laid into a mould and subjected to heat and pressure. The result is a finished component with uniform mechanical properties, a void-free surface, and none of the quality variation that comes from wet lay-up processes.
